After graduating from George Brown College in 1979, Lisa Grady worked with Certified Orthotists for many years before becoming registered as a technician in the field of orthotics in 1987.  Sport-Med, Inc. was established in Woodstock, ON in 1992.

Our Grand Bend ON location opened February 2007.

Our company is a leading supplier of orthopaedic and home health care products as well as orthotic shoes and sandals, compression garments, diabetic/arthritic supplies, aids for daily living and therapy supplies. We are dedicated to providing our clients with innovative and quality products designed to help them achieve the highest level of comfort, mobility and independence possible.

Our qualified staff have many years of experience in the orthopaedic and rehabilitation fields and have worked with physicians, surgeons, physiotherapists and occupational therapists extensively throughout the past 14 years.

Insurance Claims

Sport-Med, Inc. is a registered Canadian Medical Supply Company.  Therefore the products we carry are covered under most insurance plans. Sport-Med, Inc. cannot confirm what your provider covers so verify with your healthcare plan before making your purchase. While you do not need a prescription to purchase any product, if you plan on submitting this to your insurance company for reimbursement you will require a prescription.

Shipping

We currently automate shipping to Canada & US Only.  International orders can be placed by calling 519-238-1444.

Free Canada Post Expedited Parcel Shipping on orders within Canada, $50.00 min. purchase.

Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centers.

Orders totaling less than $50.00 are charged $10.00 for shipping.  They are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Please allow up to two business days for order processing.

If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email should we anticipate a delay.

If paying by AMEX, VISA or Master card, your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.  PayPal charges are processed immediately.

No Hassle Returns:

Customer service is our #1 priority, and we want you to be satisfied with your Sport-Med experience!

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of your original order. Products must be returned in re-saleable condition, and must be clean and undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept any items that have been worn or used other than to test them for size and fit.

Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
If you wish to exchange the item you received for a different product, you will receive a credit for the full price of the original item.  If you wish to return the item you received for a refund, we will credit the price of the product to your credit card (no restocking fee).
